These terms govern access to and use of the MAGNIUS presentation website. MAGNIUS is the trading name used by ABS COLOR SRL to present its signage, advertising-production, fit-out support and related services.

1. Nature of the website and quotations
The website is primarily informational and B2B. Sending a form, brief or file does not itself create a contract and does not represent acceptance by ABS COLOR SRL. Prices, deadlines, technical solutions, warranties and deliverables become binding only when stated in an individual written offer or contract accepted by the parties.
The website does not currently provide an online checkout or conclude distance sales automatically. If that changes, consumer and e-commerce information must be added before the functionality is launched.
2. Accuracy and technical suitability
We aim to keep the website accurate, but descriptions, images and examples are general and may be updated. A project solution depends on dimensions, location, substrate, exposure, structural requirements, materials, approvals and site measurements. Website content must not be treated as a technical calculation, permit, engineering opinion or final specification.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website structure, text, graphics, photographs, videos and MAGNIUS presentation materials are owned by or lawfully used by ABS COLOR SRL. They may not be copied, republished, commercially reused or altered without prior permission, except where the law expressly allows it.
Client names, logos and trademarks shown in project examples belong to their respective owners. Their display identifies the project context and does not transfer rights or imply a broader endorsement.
4. Materials submitted by users
By sending a logo, drawing, photograph, plan, text or other material, you confirm that you are authorised to share it for quotation and project analysis. Do not send unlawful content, malware, confidential information unrelated to the request or personal data that is not necessary. You remain responsible for obtaining rights and approvals for materials supplied by you.
5. Availability, links and liability
We may maintain, suspend or change the website without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. External links, including Google, social networks and WhatsApp, lead to services controlled by third parties and governed by their own terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABS COLOR SRL is not liable for third-party content or for decisions based solely on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Privacy and cookies
Personal data and optional external content are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
7. Applicable law and contact
Romanian law applies. Any disagreement should first be addressed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts determined by law.
